The Conference themed, “Nigeria: A Compelling Destination of Capital” will provide an enabling platform for domestic and international financial market stakeholders to explore other country-experiences in relation to Nigeria’s, stimulate stakeholders’ interests and highlight pertinent areas to confront in the medium to long-term to deepen and facilitate the development of the Nigerian financial markets, and the economy in general.

Wura has a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of San Francisco (summa cum laude) and MBA (specialising in the Management of Innovation and Technology) and Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour (Sept 1997) from Imperial College, London University.
She has spoken at the 2013 International Payment Systems Conference in Abuja (on Governance of Financial Markets Infrastructure); Finance Week West Africa 2014 (on Women in Leadership).
She served on the Nigeria Financial Sector Strategy (FSS) 2020 Subcommittee on Human Capital Development Strategy and is a member of the Nigerian Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBN) Research, Strategy and Advocacy Committee.
